For the management of operational services, machine maintenance, and the organization of local events, we work in coordination with our network of distributors and authorized operators, who act as recipients or processors of data within their respective areas.

2.- Data we collect and purpose of processing.

We process your data to provide our services in a secure and efficient manner. The data processed includes:

• Registration data: First name, last name, ID/passport number, email address, address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and image.
  
• Game data: Scores, match history, averages, and skill levels (PPD/MPR).

To exercise these rights, send a signed request along with a copy of your ID/Passport to info@radikaldarts.com . You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

The exercise of these rights is free of charge, unless unfounded or excessive requests are made, in which case the user will bear the cost of processing the request.

7.- Withdrawal of consent and deletion

You can revoke your consent to receive commercial communications via the unsubscribe links found in our emails. To permanently delete your profile from our database, contact us at the email address provided above.

11.- Use of machines equipped with advertising screens

Buyers, owners, and/or operators of ‘RADIKALDARTS’ machines equipped with screens expressly acknowledge and accept that these screens are an integral part of the technological and commercial ecosystem of the RADIKALDARTS Group.

Consequently, they grant the RADIKALDARTS Group, and in particular the following entities:

as well as to their duly authorized representatives, a non-exclusive, worldwide right, for the entire lifespan of the machines, to manage, control, and use the screens installed on them for informational, operational, and commercial purposes.

In particular, this right includes:

• The publication and dissemination of information related to events, competitions, and any activities linked to the RADIKALDARTS ecosystem, regardless of their territorial scope.
  
• The broadcasting of promotional, advertising, or commercial content directly or indirectly related to the activities of the RADIKALDARTS Group.
  

The exercise of these rights aims to ensure the proper functioning of the system, encourage user participation, and ensure the appropriate dissemination of relevant content within the RADIKALDARTS network.

The RADIKALDARTS Group reserves, as a priority, the right to use and manage the screens of all machines integrated into its network, both nationally and internationally.

Additionally, and on behalf of the RADIKALDARTS Group, duly authorized competition and event organizers—including, where applicable, operators with sufficient technical and organizational capacity—may use these screens exclusively for the promotion and management of activities linked to the RADIKALDARTS system.
